He received endorsements from two local newspapers; Victoria Advocate and Galveston Daily News.〔(Ron Paul obhájil své místo ve Sněmovně reprezentantů ) 〕 Although Ron Paul had a larger national source of funding for his Congressional campaign, Peden claimed to have raised more money from within the district. However, according to the Peden campaign's finance filings, the majority of contributions and loans to his campaign from Texas District 14 came from within his own family or from loans to himself.〔(Federal Election Commission ) ''SCHEDULE A ITEMIZED RECEIPTS All Listed Line Numbers '' 2008〕 == External links == * (Chris Peden's campaign site ) * (Ron Paul obhájil své místo ve Sněmovně reprezentantů ) * Thomas E.
